What we collect on this website
- Contact form: the details you send us (name, email, company, website, message). We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal.
- Analytics: we use a self-hosted Matomo instance to understand how the site is used (pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate country). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
- Infrastructure: the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) for security and performance.
Google user data (internal tools)
Some of our internal tools use Google APIs (for example Gmail, Google Search Console, Drive and Sheets) only for accounts that we own and operate ourselves, after we grant access through Google's consent screen.
- We access only the data needed for the tool's function (for example, reading email senders and subjects to apply labels and archive routine messages).
- Data is processed on our own systems, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models.
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Tool logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and undo purposes.
